I ordered 2 TVs on 26th December (more than 40 days) but I received only one, I have written more than 20 messages, since so many days no one is solving this problem. I do not recommend buying from here, you will lose a lot of time.!

Their customer service is a joke. Nowbody responds to mail or website in case of problems. I, ordered headphones on their site. The parcel also did arrive but sadly without the headphones in it. Obviously I contacted Monclick immedeatly, but no response. Hope that paypal resolves my case now.
Save your time and buy elsewhere.

This customer service is a joke. I've been trying to contact them for more than a week now, with messages from their form on the site, email and by phone. No one has answered me and I'm waiting 22 days to have my order shipped after I've already payed it.
This is simply unacceptable.
