I placed an order with moncolonel.fr and waited for months without receiving the item.
Despite several promises from customer service, the product was never delivered, and the refund only came after persistent follow-ups and pressure.
A partial payment was made, but the remaining balance was delayed for weeks.

The customer service team is polite in tone but poorly organized — promises are not kept, and follow-up is inconsistent.

Bottom line: Beautiful products, but a very unprofessional online experience.
If you expect timely delivery and reliability, proceed with caution.

I would give them -3 stars. I don't know how they call themselves number one. There is a list of unsorted companies, and no one cares. They promote equality and diversity. Such a 😃😀 😄 😁🤣. They just promote. Teachers are rude. Managers are covering them. There is no point in complaining. Some managers support specific students that are from their country. Teachers are based on managers recommendations. This is a rough college, especially Enfield and Tottenham College. Most of the stuff is rude. Some teachers of functional skills are really shouting at students when they complain. The manager who is the best friend of teachers covers them. Some students even cannot speak English properly, but at the exam they get the highest numbers. How??? Many students were discouraged by some of their teachers especially functional skills teachers. No one cares. The most funny is their survey.

This company is a fraud. Stay AWAY!
I have purchased an item online and they told me afterward that they dont have it in stock. Now they dont respond to my emails and I haven't received my money back. I have sent 3 emails and reached out to social media and no answer. they just stole my money and I can not get them back. STAY AWAY!!!
