This group must be one of the most unprofessional and incompetent security companies in Europe. In a residential area on the Como lake they provide the security of a villa. For two weeks the alarm has been going off. Tremendously annoying for the whole neighbourhood. Despite multiple contacts nothing happened. The guards pass by and next thing you know the alarm goes off again. DAY and NIGHT. The phone number on the stickers for this company does not work. After some Google efforts you find a number. Nobody speaks a word of English. FInally they told me a guard would come. I waited for him with an Italian translator to communicate. It turns out their client tells them he does not want them to turn off the alarm. Can you believe this? I mean its out of this world. I got the police and fire department to prepare to break into the house and finally the idiots came to their senses. They still do not know what causes the alarm to go off in the first place, which says enough. If your own security firm does not understand what sensor triggered the alarm you're better off stop paying for their service. Imagine this is the company that does your security. Useless muppets. I recommend anybody considering using this company to move along a continue searching for alternatives in the area. Good luck.
PS the one star they get because the uniforms of the guards actually look good. Other then that its a minus star review. Make that -2.
