Awful service
Awful service, very bad experience. Had alot of damages in my kitchen even the appliances. Also made a huge mistake they cut two sinks on two surface 😩. Had to return them back on my own experience 😡 after 7 months im still waiting for hinges to arrive of the kitchen cupboards 😩😩😩 The customer service is not providing support and help and they bounce you from one reference person to the other, without providing a solution and they also tell you that they are going to call you and they don't,!!!! And becides that we are in 2022 and they don't communicate with you by email 😩😩😩
I surely will never again purchase from Mondo Convenienza. So overall, I would rate the following:
Price : good
Service: extremely poor and taking the mickey out of you.
You maybe might save some euros, but is it really worth the troubles, issue and waste of time ?

Worst company on the world!
I ordered kitchen on 30 may 2021! Now is 19th of may 2022! And the kitchen still not okay! First of all the girl who made design of kitchen for us was incompetent! the man from geometry made wrong measurement! They made wrong parts 6 times! Every time I’ve wait 2 month! When comes workers for montages something they bring all the time wrong parts and don’t want to take them away! they refused to install some kitchens cabinets and we had to install them ourselves! The quality is terrible!
When I called to support they always said “yes, we will call you in 2 days” than past 1 month and I have to call them again!
