Missing items
Ordered everything from them...few items missing...from kitchen - fridge cupboard plus the two sides, bench top joint cut the wrong size...didn't check the itemsi within the 7 days of delivery as I relied on them to get what I ordered and had paid for...had to re order the three pieces again.
Bedroom suite sliding wardrobe missing all the assembly pieces. I rang to purchase the pieces again and was told they don't sell them separately.... ridiculous...I now have a wardrobe that can't be assembled. If they won't help me find a solution.....never again! We have already contacted that number.... they were of no help at all.... We are willing to pay for the assembly kit and they can't even help us with that. Total disgrace!

Very friendly and competent staff. Emanuel and Matteo provided us with a sound and helpful planning session for our kitchen in English. The offering of the shop is pretty big and all of the kitchens are in the exhibition. Prices are very reasonable and we are looking forward to our new kitchen.

Maltese residents please take note,do not be impressed with the magazine you received at home.bad service and unprofessional.contacted many times and no one cares!!
Had to wait almost two extra months after the estimated date and when made the appointment they added additional of €1,200 to release the furniture due to an error they made 4 months before(I have been told)and guess what I only had to find out myself as they didn’t even bother to contact me.hopefully the furniture is not the quality of their service!! Received missing bed parts and a door from wardrobe and they told me that I had 7 days from releasing date to report missing or damage parts, so officiare I am going to stay without the missing equipment. THANK YOU BUT NO THANK YOU ANYMORE!
