Mondotop sent me a damaged and defective cooker. I wrote to their client services several times and got NO reply. I contacted Mr agugiaro who gave me a false address to write to! I complained via the proceddure on their website and got no reply.
So I am sitting here with a cooker that does not work properly. I need my money back to buy one that works correctly. They just do no respond!!! I now must use expensice lawyers to try to get them to fulfil their responsibilites as a vendor.
