I liked using the web site over the year or so that I was a member but suddenly it failed to work. The upshot was that I was advised to wait for the new website to come online then try again. However the new site now requires your accounts to be linked. The bank details that have to be revealed are said to be secure with them - this situation is not for me and so goodbye.

Really easy to set up. No annoying ads. Great graphical and tabular insights, automatic categorisation of income and expenditure and easy to set up budget trackers.

Everyone should have this app!

I can't even register for an account, the password complexity states 8 charaters (at least one capital letter and one number) - tried various combinations following this complexity yet it won't let me register.

It's a great way to manage your finances and keep things under control. Development of the platform is ongoing and improvements are made all the time.
The one issue they suffer with is when your bank changes its logon process, which doesn't happen very often. It takes time for them to successfully integrate with it. Last time it took over a month to integrate with changes with the co-op bank. If this happens, you realise just how much time and effort this site saves you when managing your finances.

Superb App that allows me to look at all my finances so I can keep up to date in real time about my spending patterns and gaps in income. They also offer great deals on energy suppliers which has saved me hundreds of pounds. A superb app that I can recommend highly enough.

I have multiple bank account so Money Dashboard plays an essential role on keeping an eye on them in one place.

Despite saying they give you the "true view" of our finances and exactly where the money is going, this is far from the experience I received. Support was very poor and simply refused to accept that the values displayed could not add up. The whole support experience was so poor, along with the knowledge of their own product, it prompted me to cancel, wondering what other problems lay under the covers, which is only made worse by the type of personal data they are processing.

Brilliant website for planning, seeing a true balance across multiple accounts and basically where your money goes!
It even shows much you'll have on a certain future date!

I don't know how I managed without it!

p.s. Will be 5 stars when there are custom tabs and I can tab refunds against the original purchase.

I have been running MoneyDasboard for a couple of months now, interface is great once the tagging is completed, which in fairness doesn't take too long. From their the system learns what transactions are what and builds the categories for you with little further tagging required.

Increased functionality would be good with self-customisable (proper word?!) charts, but Im sure it must be on the way (MDb to comment?) and as a specific example, the ability to see more than three categories of spend on a chart.

All in all, great multi-platform tool, needs some improvement, but a great start. 4 stars but so easily could be five with some tweaks. Check out the forum for more "nice to have's".

I used to track all my spending on a spreadsheet which was time consuming and not mobile friendly. Now, I can see where I will be at the end of the week/month/year with my current forecast expenditure. It helped me see where I was spending too much, and those costs I ALWAYS forgot to budget for, like MOT and hairdressers! Couldn't be more delighted; no more sleepless nights worrying I have forgotten something.

Amazing website for planning where your money goes and how much you'll have on a certain future date. I don't know where I'd be without it. Used it for years.

It can be a little frustrating when you start off, with dozens of unknown credit transactions to an account, but if you can stay long enough to work your way through them then it becomes a powerful tool to discovering what you're spending more money on that what you though. You do need to go through and label a lot of things, although I found applying them across similar transactions helped immensely. At the end it's very easy to keep things organized and keep track of your income and outgoings.

Great site, and a good app that will no doubt just get better. Highly recommended if you want to keep all your finances in one place :-)

A great way to keep track of your spending, and keep to a budget.

Firstly - the service is awesome. Could do with a little more customisation including custom tags, but the base functionality is there to start using it. I would do all of my money planning in here with some minor tweaks, but happy to use it for monitoring/historical data as it is.

As a IT professional, I researched the technology that underpinned this App/Website before trusting it with my bank details! The service has no way to make 'write' requests to your bank - to put it another way, it cannot 'change' anything, it can only read what has been put there by your bank. This simple principle means that it is perfectly secure! :)

I've found Money Dashboard to be super useful for tracking my spending, especially the weekly email feature, which shows me a concise picture of my expenditures with no effort on my part. Great for lazy budgeting!

Seamless updates to my account transactions, any issues immediately tweeted a reply to. I love the dashboard and new features, transaction predictions and multiple accounts.

As the title suggests, I was apprehensive to sign up and allow people access to my accounts, but in the most part, this app/site documents, archives and 'tidys' your finances allowing everything to be seen, listed or put into graphs, with clear definition - their help puts you in charge!
It's actually better than any service your bank can offer you thanks to the results being clear and concise and a multitude of options of how to view or work on a budget.

Money Dashboard provides an insightful tool to help visualise your spending and saving. As a very visual person being able to see graphs of my weekly and monthly expenditure has helped me plan and budget!

Been using this for about 4 months now. Really useful to see how I'm using my money, and where I can improve, whether by switching supplier or stopping spending so much on coffee! No issues with safety or security, and good to see that the bank's are going to be forced to share this info with us for these sorts of tools in the future!
