This app is a scam, they take your money and charge you $89.00. They never send emails regarding services or confirmation of subscription. Do not use this app.

They steal your money. I never signed up for them and they have now taken 2 separate transactions from my account for $80. No phone number to contact them. Just an email address from which they never respond. BEWARE!!!!!

I never agreed to a 3 month subscription to money pilot. They are a corrupt company, when I filed a complaint with PayPal, they reached through my email asking me to withdraw my complaint, then they would refund once it was withdrawn. That is totally unethical and this company needs to be investigated. This apparently went through MG Labs Limited?? I read a post from someone who has dealt with money pilot, file a complaint with the Federal trade commission. I am also going to reach out to the BBB and the NY Attorney General's Office.

I have not heard anything from this company at all you sign in to your account it doesn’t show anything not even a way to cancel

You know this site seemed like a good site but after a while, I saw no value and it just keeps taking money from you automatically and I tried to cancel my subscription and I get this automated response that says we’ll get back to you and this has been going on since January 20 and now today it is April 9 and I still haven’t got this resolved. Do not sign up with the site.

I am positive I cancelled this “subscription” right after I used it. None of the “law suits” had any thing that applied to me. It was pretty much useless. Now today, I see a charge on my bank statement for $39.99 and I haven’t used this site at all! Please be careful because they may just take your money for nothing!

Multiple charges same month, double monthly fee. Very bad outfit. Do not use.

It took 2 1/2 months to get my account cancelled all while I was still billed. I have requested a refund so many times. Very poor ethics. First payment 19.99 in Jan. Have been trying since to get my money back.

This is a scam website. They make it easy to join but impossible to cancel, They give you ways "upgrade" you membership but no way to cancel. Cancelation emails are ignored while they continue to charge your card. Don't fall for it.

I fell for this also; this company ensures that they can get you settlements from lawsuits that you are intitled to and ready and waiting for your submittal of payment requests. Then you don't hear from them anymore and you find multiple paid charges to your credit card;.
all made on the same day for varied amounts from 7.99 to 20.97 (mine was six totaling 86.00). These charges were never in the original info. The charges came from another out of the US company: MG Labs Limited and after googling them I found they are in the UK with other similar named companies in other countries. Alongside them are many Scam Warnings Posted. I am in process of attempting to get my money back besides the original amount agreed to which after paying will make me more careful in the future!

Easy to install, directions were simple and it has a variety of information and update on all the settlements and claims.

They take your money and nothing happens. There are plenty of claims to claim but that’s about it ! You can claim as many as you like but trust me, that’s as far as you will go. Theres NO money ! There’s also a notification tab when you sign-up but you NEVER receive a notification !

The advertisement said if you weren’t happy with the service provided cancel anytime for a refund. I sent a cancellation email never received a refund an then they charged me again.

I saw a charge of $89.94 from “MG Labs Limited” on my PayPal. Not recognizing the name, I filed a dispute. Learned through research it was Money Pilot. Money Pilot had no customer service phone number, so I emailed them. Because of this charge, I can’t afford the meds I need TO LIVE! No one appears to want to do the right thing, as I’m just getting canned “We will get back to you” emails from the “Founder” Parker! It’s a scam. They don’t seem to care who they hurt! According to this reply, I got an email resolving everything. The thing is- I haven’t! That’s a lie!

They claim to reclaim money, but I've spent$60 in monthly fees with $0 return.

I think this is a scam. I should have read the reviews first. It has been just a couple weeks and I haven’t received any deposits and have been charged $19.99 twice and $39.99 once. Have to figure out how to get my money back.

I had a very frustrating experience with Money Pilot. I signed up and canceled my subscription the same day because the service was not what I expected and felt misleading. Despite canceling immediately and requesting a refund under their 30-day money-back guarantee, I was still charged.

I reached out to their support team multiple times requesting a refund and confirmation that my account was permanently canceled. I was told I would receive a response within 24–48 hours (usually sooner), but that never happened. After waiting well beyond that timeframe and sending follow-up emails, I received no response at all.

At that point, the lack of communication became a major concern. It made me question the legitimacy and reliability of the company. There was no phone number provided to speak with a real person, and email support completely stopped responding.

Because I could not get any resolution directly from Money Pilot, I ultimately had to dispute the charge through my credit card company. That was the only way I was able to get my money back.

Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and poorly managed. A company that offers a money-back guarantee should honor it and maintain communication with customers. I would strongly recommend being cautious before signing up, especially if you expect responsive customer support or an easy refund process.

I discovered recurring charges on my account from "MoneyPilot" / "MG Labs Limited" $19.99 in January and $39.99 in February and $39.99 in March. They did not respond to emails.

When I filed a PayPal dispute to protect myself, I was contacted and told I would only receive a full refund if I withdrew the dispute first. That raised serious concerns for me, as consumers are typically advised to keep disputes open until refunds are actually received.

I am sharing this experience to warn others.

Wish I would’ve read all the reviews – I fell for their Facebook ad lies.

They did nothing for me and I submitted a cancellation several times but it was completely ignored and they charged me $39.99.

I realize now it’s just a scam and they probably make millions off people who don’t want to be bothered to submit a claim for refund.
