Amazing returns policy and customer…
Amazing returns policy and customer support however I had some silver huggie earrings that went really tarnished and not possible to polish them back to normal. I've never had that before and have so much silver jewellery that never does this (you can polish silver easily usually using a silver cloth). I did get a replacement as they are great in that regard, but do not really trust their metals to order much again. Uber expensive but a good sustainable ethos.

I’ve been a customer of MV for years now - my go to for gifting and some pieces for myself over the years. The look, feel and quality of the products are lovely.
Recently made a gifting order for a friend, and was unable to change some details online so reached out to the customer service team, who are literally brilliant their job - it’s refreshing to speak to an actual human who’s able to talk you through next steps!
Not the first time I’ve been impressed by their after sales service.. unfortunately, I’d had a couple of issues with a ring (everyday wear and tear) and was able to take advantage of MV’s 5 year warranty and lifetime repairs - excellent value for money AND great customer service - I’m officially a (happy) fan!

Great unique quality jewellery. Relatively reasonable prices. Cute logo'd boxes with pouches. Comes in unbranded & discrete letterbox box, minimising any theft prospect. The items I purchased are dainty items and nicely crafted.
Good email notifications throughout the process (order confirmation, despatch & tracking numbers, etc).
A little over a year ago, I purchased a pair of earrings which I couldn't figure out how to open. The WhatsApp customer support team were great in helping me.
You won't be disappointed with the jewellery or experience, totally recommend.
