The print is excellent quality. High resolution picture of the original file is reproduced. Cup well protected when delivered.

I received one order with print quality problem. I sent the pictures of the bad quality print to the customer service, they answered me that's they will produced a new order. they don't give the order number for this new production. after many relaunch, always no news. the bill for this order is around 120 euros, it's not acceptable to haven't information's

It’s my second time printing my art with Monoeuvre, and I couldn’t be more satisfied.

I ordered on Wed evening last week. This Thur I'm told my order will arrive next week. I thought the web site indicated 5-7 days total... It's going to be more like 10-14. Numerous emails trying to sell me more stuff which is annoying. Virtual chat useless. Emails indicate 2 days for a reply but to be fair I've had same day replies. Maybe the product is great, but if you are going to use them give yourself lots of time for delivery and don't trust the website indications. Sorry I wanted to love the company, maybe I am an exception, but at present I feel let down. Let's see how the rest of the experience plays out.
Update.... just had an email saying UPS should get the parcel soon. So to be fair we are exactly 5 working days. Previous online chat said parcel delivery would be next week. I’ve lifted the score from 1 star to 2 stars as I’m trying to be fair. Update..... UPS appear not have picked up the order until today and it's still not in their system 2 days after I was told they had it, which to a degree is normal but also a bit frustrating. So be cautious and take what the company says about delivery times and double it. It's all about expectations. If I'm told 7 days and it takes 5 I'm impressed. If I'm told 7 and it takes 14 I feel let down. Bottom line if I'd been told 14 days I'd have bought elsewhere. There are more important things in the world, this is just annoying and leaves you feeling deceived by marketing hype. Eventually it will arrive and for me this is an issue because it will be too late, but I post here so that if you use this company consider that you might experience the same and therefore give yourself a longer delivery time than published. My first order (5 prints on aluminium) arrived with 2 corners destroyed (all of them) because my prints were not protected enough on their corner. I complained and sent pictures to the customer service. After 2 days, they decided to send me new prints which arrived safely yesterday, though they were not more protected...
Honest and efficient, I recommend!

First of all, the photo and frame look great. Website easy to navigate. Delivery took a reasonable amount of time so no complaints and have used since this purchase.

I ordered several things from them on 15th February. Three of the four items I received were badly produced: one (constellation poster) had the colour completely different from what they advertised, on two (pillows) they had misaligned the photos. I indicated the issues immediately. They promised to reship the items. It has been over ten days, they have not sent the corrected items and they stopped responding to emails. I doubt I will ever receive the products or a refund. Unacceptable quality, shameful customer service.

UPDATE: after two emails by the company falsely confirming the replacement items were already being produced, they sent a mail on 11 March (two-and-a-half weeks after being notified) that I should start the order from scratch. When I indicated I no longer needed the items as the event had already passed in the meantime, they refused to refund. So I received badly produced products, waited over two weeks to find out they have not even started to reproduce the items, was not told the truth repeatedly, and, after all this, was denied to be refunded.

Website was clear with lots of options, price was reasonable and the communication for despatch and delivery of my Canvas was perfect.

I paid nearly 100€ to get 5 Professional (and high quality) pictures printed and framed. The quality of the pictures is really bad, blurry even. And the frame has no support behind it to keep it standing up.
