Lovely items but sizes are small
Lovely items but the shoes are a little narrow and the clothing is really small sizes... my friends daughter is age 4-5 everywhere and had to go ip to age 6 sometimes 7 in monsoon

Ordering was simple but I’m afraid the delivery via Evri is absolute rubbish - according to the tracking service my parcel was out for delivery 36 hours ago and still hasn’t arrived - think it’s time Monsoon looked for a more reliable courier service similar to the service provided by Royal Mail.

Please be aware that our delivery timeframe at this time is 2-4 working days for standard delivery and 1 working day for next day delivery, delivery does not include weekends or bank holidays (orders placed at the weekend will be processed on a Monday and delivered on a Tuesday).
