Expected to be ghosted, regardless of who contacts whom. I'm a developer and was approached by one of their recruiters on LinkedIn (as usual), who came up with a "job offer" and asked for my CV. I'm on vacation, but still found some time for a call. The recruiter never called. Classic move to get your data. I wouldn't trust this company nor any of their recruiters.
