Closed account for no reason
I notified them of a possible fraudulent transaction in my account not for a refund just so they could protect my account . They then sent me an email saying there closing my account ! No explanation nothing awful

If I could give lower I would as this is a insult to anyone with one star out there.
The call back service is a one ring policy and you better pray to god's that you can get there before your phone even acknowledges it's getting a call as they won't call for long .
Then trying to get your account unblocked to be able to pay your suppliers on time is a joke .
Just get a high street bank with better perks that you can go in and speak to someone is the best option.
This bank is like Temu with less functionality and reliability. If you life life on the edge and like risking or like a gamble go to Monzo. Nicest thing I can say about them is you only wait on the phone for a hour and never hear the same song twice while you wait

I wish I had known about Monzo before opening my Metro account as I find it incredibly easy. I’m convenient especially when travelling abroad.

I arrived in Rhodes to discover to my absolute shock that I had lost my Monzo card with approx £1000 loaded to it ...I contacted the customer service department and it was dealt with in about 5 minutes, old card cancelled new card issued and balance transferred to new card in Google wallet ... fantastic service ...holiday saved
