I only needed a small cheap spare part and they were very helpful with going through their inventory to find what I needed.

Excellent service, Quality products, fast delivery and installation.

Very disappointing service with good products. Initially a cordial visit at the store, but showing surprisingly poor knowledge of the available products. In the next step our order was not processed accordingly despite repeated e-mails. Next delivery time (promised within 6 weeks), was delayed in total almost 6 months. Finally, installation was delayed several weeks despite repeated e-mails and calls and an in the end the invoice was completely incorrect and needed to be amended. The only good thing was the products itself, but I would never buy anything from Moogio in Lund again.

Excellent service, delivered what was comitted. It was a bit delayed, but that could be because of the summer.

We bought curtains from Moogio in January of this year and they were completely wrinkled on the top part (where it meets the rail). We immediately told the seller (who is also one of the managers) and he told us that it was normal, that it will be better with time. This was not normal and did not get better with time, we contacted another firm who gave us better service and better prices for our other windows. They looked at the curtains Moogio had given us and told us that the reason that they look like that was because they are not sown correctly and are thus forming wrinkles and that they would have never accepted that. We felt that the seller was in a hurry to make the sell and mount and it was not done right and the product was faulty. We REGRET choosing Moogio and will not be doing business with them again, despite many emails, they have ignored us. I expected alot more, this is unprofessional and shameful. They gave us a faulty product and charged us a premium price!
