Purchased a Moon tail light for my bicycle.
Bought a moon cycle light in January 2023, after a month battery wouldn't last 30 minutes despite the marketing hype that it would last 3 hours! Contacted Moon, no reply, tried again and again and finally had a reply saying they didn't get any emails. This is a Hong Kong based company that produces its products in China. Beware
I recently purchased a meteor storm front bike light from these, the rail on the bottom of the light broke while the light was in use and the light came flying off my bike and down the road.
Upon contacting the company where I bought the light from (tweeks cycles) they got in touch with moon for a warranty replacement.
Moon then denied the warranty replacement and said that it was user error!!
I am very unhappy as I sent pictures showing the damage which you could clearly see that the rail on the bottom of the light which is cast into the case has snapped and couldn't possible be user error
EDIT: Moon has now resolved my issue and are sending me a replacement light, I would like to thank the customer service team for reviewing this for me and resolving the issue.
