Defekt vare blev erstattet med det samme. Poolpumpe var flækket under transporten. Moreland var nemme at få far i pr. telefon og sendte straks en ny. Intet behov for at returnere den defekte.

Problem with the pump!
I want to share my experience. Summer came and I decided to install my Lay z Spa, but something went wrong. Water filtration and heating did not work and an error was written on the screen. I contacted the support service, they responded very quickly. They sent me step-by-step instructions on how to fix this problem, but nothing helped. I filmed each of my actions on video, which I then sent to the support service. A week later they sent me a new pump. Thank you very much for your prompt work. I recommend Moreland.dk to everyone!!!

Very quick delivery, respected our requirement for parcel’s place delivery. Excellent product, beautiful design and manufacture. Carefully packed to avoid damages. Very satisfied. This was a trial order to see if we are happy with the products quality and design. We definitely are going to order 2 more chairs of the same design

Waited 30 min. with no to little expedition on pick-up point, though having purchased the product in advance.
Poor service and no excuse when delivered even though stating Max. 10 min waiting time…
