How is this company even allowed to trade?? What a set of clowns. Yet again nobody turned up to fix a job they have got wrong 3 times.. judging by your reviews you won't be around for long.

thy morgan sindall make thy school and it looks very exciting so far even though i am not going to experience the school because they are ass slow and they need to hurry up

your people showed up and as i answered the door i received a mallet to my teeth and as i tried to close the door then kicked my door off the hinges and beat me to a pulp leaving me bleeding on the floor with two black eyes and 4 teeth wobbling out of my gums THANK YOU!

Installed solar panels and infrastructure. Damaged roof of house in process. Once they finished they left all the waste materials and packaging piled up by the curb outside the house, promised that someone would be by to collect it. Been over a week now and it's all still there. Tried to contact them and got no response to my texts or calls. Very shoddy workmanship and communication is an F.

Waited in all morning for a dripping tap to be fixed....... Had a text to say they were on way but no show and then they have marked the job as completed .......Liars......

They don't deserve even a one star came done a job this morning I discover that the tool men have thrown there used gloves out my window

WHAT A USELESS COMPANY , MY GAS CENTRAL HEATING IS BROKEN BUT CAN I EVEN REPORT IT TO THEM ? NO NO NO . YOU GET THE USUAL AI CRAP ON THE PHONE . I DID EMERGENCY REPAIRS WITH BASILDON COUNCIL BUT GUESS WHAT ? NO BLOODY APPOINTMENTS !!!! BASILDON COUNCIL AND MORGAN SINDALL BOTH USELESS LIKE TJIER PHONE NUMBERS!!

The company are theives and liars.

Waste months claiming they have attemtped to contact you to resolve a leak and have not attmepted this.

Then after 6 months of not being able to use the space they offer £150 compensation... not even a 3rd of the money spent on rent of the space for the time they dragged their heals and laid blaim everywhere but with their failings.

No wonder Basildon council have sacked you and not renewing their contract. Lets hope the company folds!

I am self employed and took the day off work for a 1 till 5 slot appointment. I called them after 3 o'clock to confirm they was still coming and was assured that an engineer will be with me for 4:30. It is now after 5pm and nobody has turned up! I can't get through as the phoneline is shut ! I am so annoyed. I have missed out on a days work for nothing and I doubt they would compensate me for a days loss! How many times do I have to chase these people up to do the bare minimum. Unbelievable.

Awfull service, give you a 5 hour slot by tx message but some people do work so you have hassle phoning to get a appointment time so you can be there. We can't be expected to home. Clarion always give you a slot and actually talk to you rather than just send a rx message

they installed a pull switch in the bathroom failing to tighten the screws allowing a wire to come loose making the light fail. Requested a repair appointment booked one week wait on due date phoned them only to be told repair cancelled no explanation. not my first bad experience with this company. Avoid at all costs

Rude telephone operators absolutely no customer service Waltham forest need to give their contract to another organisation. Tenants should not have to deal with unprofessional contractors who are appallingly unhelpful

Wow so I put in a complaint to have this bodged job corrected, was sent another contractor whom told me he needed to get the end bath panel, never to be fitted or corrected, couple months down the line having to wait for them to come out again, asked them not to keep sending new contractors because I don’t like different work men in and out of my home all the time. I’m a single mum with a teenage daughter! They send another contractor whom I feel very assertive towards because he never brought the end bath panel which should have been ordered and on his notes, collected the part before arriving! I told him I’d be logging a complaint if the work wasn’t carried out today has he’s the 3rd person to g bf r called out to this bath situation. He sat in his van, came back in the house, told me he was going to get the part, I said ok, I said if it wasn’t completed today I’d be getting it sorted myself and then would want reimbursing because I’m fed up of contractors not doing their job!! Off he went.. never to be seen, I waited in all day for him coming back. I rung to complain and the lazy person used it as an excuse that I was high rate telling him I was going to be complaining!!! That’s why he never came back. He’s written the job down as fully working and it’s just a cosmetic issue which is actually all down to this company in the first place!!

After locking myself out of my flat I called Morgan sindell . Instead of sending a locksmith they sent one of there carpenters out who proceeded to destroy my lock and damage the frame and door to such an extent that it is irreparable. They sent out another carpenter two days later that said I need a new door and frame but the earliest they can do this is in a months time . So I’m now sitting with a door that you can’t lock properly for 4weeks and they say this is acceptable.

Horrifically bad contractor used by housing association/social housing. The workmanship is always substandard, had to call them out numerous times for a continued toilet flush issue and now have a leak in my bedroom due to them fitting a roof window and damaging the roof tiles whilst doing so. Even their own workers state how dreadful they are and currently, not one plasterer among them which doesn't bode well as I will be needing that job done next! Obviously housing association have taken the cheapest contractors to do the works with no regard for the tenants. Shocked by this, no! Social housing/local authority tenants are always at the bottom of the heap..

Morgan sindall are a despicable firm . They are rouge traders and produce a cowboy type quality of work man ship . They have left my bathroom in disarray . Subsequently this has cause me copious amounts of stress

Morgan sindell ARE NOTHING BUT COWBOYS THEY WORK FOR THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES AND I HAVE SAT WAITING SIX HOURS FOR THEM TO TURN UP. I HAVE TWO SEVERELY DISABLED CHILDREN.. it’s now gone 11 o’clock at night and I’m still waiting for them to turn up with no hot water. I don’t know how they are contracted to local authorities.. shame on this company they should not even be trading the worst service ever

Why this company feel the need to send out approx 14 reminders for each job is beyond me.

As to the service they offer, or the quality, it's very poor. 5 visits to replace an internal door and it's still not completed. Each time they visit they say they'll go back to the office and report what needs doing, but no one ever does and I end up having to chase it up.

Absolutely disgusted with the quality of trade work this company provides , I am a Tennant with a housing association whom they provide repairs and maintenance’s for . The work man cut corners on repairs and do not provide a quality good finish. Subsequently this results in jobs having to be recalled and maintained again. This company has little respect for people’s homes, and I feel that some individuals within this organisation are rogue traders.

Most useless company i've ever had the displeasure of dealing with, supposed to have a kitchen floor fitted for the past TWO YEARS, every single time there's always a different excuse, sad excuse of a company that couldn't solve a jigsaw puzzle between three employees.
