Made an order and then realize that it wasn’t going to work for my truck so I had to return it. At first, the company wasn’t going to refund me for my expedited shipping, but they did anyway and made it right. I would purchase from this company again in the future.

Very disappointed I paid for expedited 2 to 3 day shipping only to have them refund me one day before they were supposed to be delivered it’s now past that final day and still have not been delivered they refunded me but why offer a service you can’t come through with

The product was as good as the posting. The only thing was I ordered the plastic covers that are coming separately. I still think you’re a great company.😊💯

Ordered the ditch light bracket for my truck. Fit and finish was perfect. Had one of the clips break during shipping. Contacted their customer service department and they were amazing. Had the replacements sent out same day. I will make sure i check with them first anytime i need anything.

I ordered tail lights and installed them on my 2014 Tundra. I replaced Alpha Rex lighrs. The Morimoto lights are not sealed properly. When I washed my truck water drops and condensation can be seen through the lens. The water evaporated but left water spots inside of the light.

I bought my 3rd brake light from this company and i love there product yall go check them out well shop with them again

I was very disappointed how my issue with an incomplete product was handled. One of the tail lights (the left) was delivered missing the 15 ohm 50w resistor. This was the cause a hyperflashing of the left turn signal. The Morimoto service rep questioned that it was missing and required me to remove the left tail light to confirm that it was missing and that the right tail light had the resistor (as illustrated on the web site).

Morimoto sent a resistor unlike that of the right, whose rating was unmarked, and whose mounting plate was incompatible with the tail light assembly (two center slots rather than corner holes). A later service rep required me to again remove the tail lights and take photos of the assembly and the resistor sent. Frustrated, I asked for the product I paid for...a complete tail light. The service reps rebuffed that request, insisting that I modify the mount of the resistor they sent by drilling the appropriate holes and sent me only two small screws to complete the non-standard installation.

Essentially, Morimoto put the customer (me) as part of the assembly line. Totally unsatisfactory.

4/13/2026 Alex from the Morimoto management team called me to apologize for the missteps in customer service and offered to send a complete set of new tail lights. Seriously, this is how a good company should and has responded. I appreciate the response given.

I declined the offer of the new tail lights as the "non-standard" resistor sent earlier and (with mounting modified) works just fine. There's just no need to swap out the tail lights.

Alex then offered a refund of 10% of the purchase price for my troubles. I wasn't looking for that, nonetheless, it was posted to my VISA in short order. He also is sending some Morimoto swag.

The whole issue is a result of an oversight in the production cycle which left out the original resistor. Lessons learned for both Morimoto and me. OK, so I'm back in the Morimoto fan club.

Have them on both my cars highly recommend

The lights are absolutely beautiful and they work just fine on my 2024 Chevy Colorado trail boss with the rapid flash mod.

Great packaging and easy to install. Lights are 3X brighter than the factory lights! I get lots of compliments on the grille as well.

They sent me this link to review after 2 months of receiving my headlights and light bar. I spent close to 3k all told. I hit a deer and the connectors on the light bar got messed up I believe about 10 in total (to clarify these are hinge brackets approx 2x2). I went to request a replacement and they charged $270 and that was after a “discount “ the part probably cost $20. Regardless you spend good money and then get nickeled and dimed. I have a fleet of rigs with various light bars and happy to spend good money for a quality product that a company stands behind. I use two other light brands. One starts w an “R” and the other “BD”. I hit something and had slight malfunction w another bar. GUESS WHAT ??? I got sent a new one ASAP!! ALLL I stated are FACTS. I’ll let you the future potential customer be the judge. It’s safe to say I will NEVER buy from this company again !
