I do not recommend:

I picked up the car at Morini Rent Firenze Europa, an office (august 2022) that does not offer comfort to the customer, without water, without toilets, without benches to sit on.

I made my reservation, and at the time of withdrawal there was no car reserved, the company offered a larger one, but with an extra charge (while the others upgrade for free).

Finally, I ended up receiving fines, which I resorted to, however, Morini charged my credit card, but the company says it is not possible, even though the invoice indicates the possibility of an appeal.

I do not recommend.

I couldn't find a rental firm with good reviews, so thought going for a 'local' firm would be the best bet, instead of picking one up on at the airport. Their pricing was straight forward, and cheaper than all the others too. They answered all my questions after purchase, and even rang to confirm everything the week before. Good English, very professional and friendly. No problems with pick up or drop off (although they might not let you use a credit card which has the numbers written on the back, no idea why that was a problem). Getting to the place from the airport wasn't a problem, and enabled us to have an afternoon in Naples, they went out of their way to make everything easy and pleasant. We didn't have any scrapes whilst in Italy, but I'm glad I got the full insurance which they explained really covered any issues (apart from the roof and wheels, not sure why) - the check on return was super quick, and all was complete before their advertised opening time of 8:30! Grazie mille!

Everything went great. 100% recommendation from our family. Communication was smooth, we had additional insurance so we weren't worried at all. The only inconvenience was with information about a drop off place (we left a car at another city), because we left a car after office working hours. We imagined that there would be a box for keys o smth, but after half an hour walking around the area and asking everyone maybe they know where we could leave a car, we found a private garage and they said that we could leave it there. So we left, but were a little bit worried until we got an answer from the company that everything is good. So if you want to leave a car at different place after business hours I just recommend asking for exact place earlier. :)
