Awful company to deal with, bought an item that I had wanted to return, sent several emails with no response at all over the course of a couple of weeks to both emails on their account. Have had to start process with bank/ reporting to fraud dept to start to get refund.
AVOID
Visited shop in Holt Norfolk for tweed shooting jacket price range £500-£700. Tiny shop difficult to squeeze into. Stock very poorly displayed, more like a back store cupboard than a showroom. Ladies jackets rammed in on a very short rail, very difficult to see anything. Poor range, only four examples but in one case a huge size. Last behind counter did not appear to be interested in customer care or experience just money. Far too crowded, very bad display, tiny space, poor range, no real interest from staff. Horrible.
Avoid buying online from this company. I ordered and paid for a jacket online which I haven’t received. I’ve sent numerous emails (which they have ignored) and they never return my phone calls. AVOID!
