Jamel did a fantastic job of arranging our remortgage. Our previous advisor had dragged the process out for over 3 months to the point that we were losing faith and our previous product had expired. We contacted Jamel on the 3rd January 2024 and our mortgage completed on the 31st January 2024 with our new provider and at a very competitive rate in the current climate. Jamel kept us in the loop the entire way through the process and even made calls and sent emails until 8pm some evenings. He understood the urgency and dealt with our application swiftly. Would highly recommend.
