My boyfriend (Carl & Sue) and I were looking to buy a house. I was a first time buyer and my boyfriend had bought a property before. After viewing the house, Acres recommended their broker.

We were not sure at first but I have to say, it was the best decision we ever did. Vicky was amazing,she worked day and night to help us. Vicky was always vey nice, informative and always kept us up to date with what was happening with the mortgage.

Easy to contact, gives clear mortgage advice, finds great deals and is very flexible to needs. Our requirements changed a few times due to the house we were buying falling through and then the next house changing from freehold to leasehold very late in the purchase process! Steve was quick to change our mortgage offer to reflect changing needs and get the required information to our solicitor!
