I won't be going back to Halfords

I won't be going back to Halfords. Amazing service today by Bryn at Motabitz Ferndown. I had just been to Halfords, despite asking a member of staff twice for help, they seemed far to busy looking out the door, literally 3 of them stood there!!! It was clear that I wasn't worth their time as I was just buying 3 bulbs and it was raining!!! Walked onto Motabitz, was greeted with a smile, Bryn came out to check which bulbs I needed, fitted them and his kind colleague offered me an umbrella. The customer service was impeccable and the costs to fit the bulbs was cheaper than Halfords. Will definitely return again and will be spreading the word that of you want great service go to Motabitz in Ferndown.

At the ferndown store

At the ferndown store, needed a brake light replaced. Mike there was very helpful and got it sorted quickly 👍
