Bad Experience
The primary reason for my rating was the work culture within the department. I observed a significant level of internal politics, which at times affected collaboration, transparency, and employee morale.
In my experience, performance and contributions were not always evaluated objectively. Employees who closely aligned with management viewpoints appeared to receive greater support and recognition, while differing perspectives were not always encouraged. This created an environment where agreement with leadership seemed to carry more weight than measurable results and professional contributions.
I also felt that stronger marketing leadership, clearer strategic direction, and more consistent performance evaluation processes would benefit both employees and the organization. A culture that promotes open communication, merit-based recognition, and constructive feedback would help improve team effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
