Brilliant support team. I recently bought an aircraft of Motion RC and once it arrived and everything was plumbed in so to speak I had an issue with the flaps. After a few days of messing around with it I still had the issue. I reached out to the support team and within 20 mins I was talking to an expert diagnosing the fault. In the end they sent me new parts to help resolve the issue. Would definitely be going back, and would recommend anybody else looking at any RC products to do the same. Top notch. 👍

Working with motion has always been a great pleasure. Quick response to any queries,very polite and respectful and delivery is rocket fast, and I live in Cyprus. I recently purchased a Nexa CAP ART and the wing tube was missing. I emailed Motion and I had the tube within 3 days. Now THATS service. Just be honest with Motion and you will have the best service ever.

The esc on my new Acanti wasn't functioning properly.....after several suggested fixes....it was decided that the esc had a fault, and it was replaced quickly by Motion rc.
Great back up service....just one of those things that could happen with anything electrical...but resolved without problem by Motion rc.

Recently purchased the Freewing Eurofighter 90mm jet (8S version), but after few times throttle on the workbench the ESC died. Motion RC sent me a new one within couple of days. Replaced the ESC and now flown this great flying bird 10 times.

Motion rc is a great company as far as product's and accessories and value for money, however based on bad customer service I received about a year ago involving 2 faulty servos which motion rc refused to replace I can't rate the company as highly as I would like.

Encountered a little issue after unboxing of my order. Very kind and helpful customer service solved the issue quickly and satisfactorily. Thank you very much.

I live in Romania and recently I had my first purchase from Motion RC Europe, a "HENG LONG GERMAN PANZER IV" RC Tank. I decided to buy it from them after I had studied various offers on many websites.
Right from the start, I discovered that their website is very well structured, with many details but easy to use, they have a chat and a technical support department and all that made me to trust that company. Furthermore, I saw that the price of the tank had a great discount in comparison with other competitors. The delivery was quite fast but my joy was very short because when I tested the tank I noticed that the left track didn't work at all.
I contact Motion RC using their chat and immediatly they answered and helped me to open a ticket. They asked me to send them a short film about the issue. Subsequently I opened the casing of the tank and I noticed that the Gear Drive Box was out of order. I sent an email with a short film about the issue. Next day they answered confirming that they would send a new Steel Gear Drive Box Set on their expense.
After a few days I received the package and I replaced the Gear Drive Box pretty easy.
With this occasion I discovered that Motion RC Europe has a very strong after-sale support and really is a company "Where Customers Matter", so I strongly recommend to buy from them.

To date, I can only say that it delivers exactly what you ordered. The delivery is neatly packaged and shipped quickly.
Another big plus is that you can usually order spare parts from stock for all aircraft at reasonable prices.
