A highly professional organisation. I had a small problem with the "show/hide" option on the effects button in Inspector being inadvertently set to "hide" meaning I could not see LUTs I was trying to apply. Jakub spent a lot of time and effort in helping me solve this problem by taking me through logical steps. Help very much appreciated!

I'm an experienced editor but I'm used to creating graphics from scratch for every project. That's incredibly tiring after a few years, so when I heard about this MotionVFX that creates great presets that are not only stylish but super (emphasis on the SUPER) customizable, it looked too good to be true, but I had to try it.

My experience templated from their website and their app has been mosly seamless. I'm not a big fan of limited hardware licenses (I know it's an industry wide thing, they just irk me) but that's about the only complaint I have. The easy to use controls, wide variety in templates, designs, animations and wide range of tools that tunes the templates to your exact taste make up for that. It also helps that it's as taxing on your computer hardware compared to MOGRTs in Premiere Pro.

I think they're a great purchaseif for anyone who wants to speed up their video editing workflow with drag and drop motion templates that allow for really precise customization and controls

We use MotionVFX PlugIns daily, such as: Blur, CamRig, Behaviour, Callouts, the list goes on. They run smoothly and are beautifully simple, crafted for the content producer in mind.

The support has always been great and very fast!

This man did not give me a work order in case I could not get my program to work. He sent me another e mail to give me a few new ideas to help me. Usually companies like to give one answer, then give me a work order to contact them again. What a wonderful company who has workers that really care about their customers. I will be forever thankful to this man in customer service, and the company who cares for their customers, even if it is the customer’s fault for problem. I bought two MVFX packs , but i made a mistake during the process of buying and downloading and didn't really know how to fix my error
so i go to the help desk rather pessimistic about the issue because help desks are not always very efficient and present for help
Well i was awfully wrong about MotionVFX and Jakob who managed in a few minutes to guide me and explain to me what i had to do,
i did it and i was astonished it all went perfectly well

I had an issue with some MotionVFX PlugIns. But I received very quick help with very easy steps to get rid of the problems.

I had an issue with my account (my mistake) and I emailed support and got a response from Jakob almost immediately. He fixed the issue and I was on my way. I wish all companies worked like this! MotionVFX has always been the best place to shop for plugins and FX that are updated and optimized for the latest designs and the latest OS (in my case Apple silicon) but I didn't know until now how awesome their support is. Nice to work with an actual human - not some AI bot - who can take care of an issue instantly and get me back to work. Great company, great products, great support!

Best support I've met in a decade right now. They don't just give you stupid advices like 'restart computer' and stuff like that. They actually helped me, and it took SOOO LITTLE time. Best support.

MotionVFX Products ROCK! They provide Final Cut Pro tools I can only dream up in my head, but I cannot create, all for an affordable price.
