Misleading product results don't match what's promoted
I purchased Architect by MotionViz to improve design quality for real client websites, which I clearly stated during onboarding.
Of the six documents delivered, five are prompts for niche cyberpunk and sci-fi UIs built on React 19, Three.js, and WebGL inapplicable to everyday client work. The remaining two are general AI workflow guides unrelated to design.
I tested three workflows over 3 hours. Outputs were nowhere near what is shown in the promotional content. A comparable product I purchased separately delivered its advertised results without issue.
I requested a refund, which was denied. When I attempted to leave factual reviews on Whop, they were repeatedly removed. The seller then cancelled my paid membership early, blocked me on all platforms, and revoked access to all materials.
Whop sided with the seller throughout and confirmed I can no longer leave a review since my membership was cancelled making it impossible to warn other buyers on their platform.
Buyers should carefully verify whether these materials match their actual use case before purchasing.
