I bought a custom “rain anorak” from motoloko, couple wears in the zips were extremely stiff I literally can barely move it. It’s also not ever been light shower proof let alone “keep dry” like it says on the website. I spoke to them about it, customer service was awful, I would have to pay out of pocket to send it back to have the zip adjusted that’s all they offered after I sent a video of how bad the zips were, they agreed it was not right but left me with a not fit for purpose product.

I was excited to do business with this company and I regret it. They don’t communicate with you. They don’t work with you. It’s a time sensitive order and if for some reason you need to make a quick change in the order, like the size, they tell you they are a small team and can take SEVEN DAYS for them to reply and by then, they tell you it’s already in production so you can’t make any changes…. They are very dismissive. Even the 10% discount that they offer on the website. When I placed my first order, I realized I didn’t enter the 10% off, so I emailed them about it and asked if they could credit the 10% and they said no. And by that time it was too late to do anything. It’s a trap they have, and then you’re stuck with something that doesn’t fit. There are quite a number of other companies that offer the same custom options. Go elsewhere if you want to avoid all of this.

Poor quality, even worse customer service

If ordering with numbers and name remember it can take up to a month but the clothing it self can not fault the numbers and names what you get and just printed on either they actually made in with the clothing great value for money also will buy again from them in the future
