I ordered three tyres. After three weeks waiting, I lost patience. Customer services were as helpful as they could be but the impression I got was that they are as much in the dark as the customer! THEY ARE NOT a UK based company as their website would have you believe. I certainly wouldn't recommend them. Their website indicates that items are stock and available for immediate dispatch. Not the case. It is however a case of selling stock you haven't got. They also trade under another name: Tyres-outlet. Same performance. The only credit I can give them is that I was refunded relatively promptly after cancelling my orders.

This is an EU company, not UK based as their website indicates. I've been trying to avoid using EU companies for the moment because of all the current Brexit related delays (not their fault, I know), but this one caught me out.

I wouldn't have minded if things went smoothly, but they didn't. I chased them up after a week but the only info they could give me was they would be despatched asap and to wait till I got an email to confirm they had left the warehouse. Chased them up after another week and they still haven't been despatched. When pressed, they said the tyres were in stock in their warehouse but they had "transportation problems". Even once they got to the courier it could then take another 4 days to deliver.

I gave them 1 more day to get them despatched from the warehouse but still nothing so cancelled the order. 2 weeks and not left the warehouse is a joke, a total waste of my time. Learned my lesson and I'll be going to a local supplier.

Their customer services people were very nice, but just could not provide any useful information.

Hopefully EU deliveries will smooth out when governments decide to stop playing games, but my guess is not for a good few months.

The tyres I ordered were in excellent condition (cardboard inserts in front tyre to stop sidewalls caving in) and delivered well within time, overall an excellent experience and will definitely buy again from Moto-tyres.

Great online ordering website, easy to use. Ordering was simple and straight forward. Goods in stock and available so delivered within a few days. Only thing that seemed odd was had ordered a pair of tyres at a special "Pairing price" and they were delivered 2 days apart!!

Cheapest site I could find for the tyres I wanted. Service is excellent with speedy delivery and full communications. Used before. For Michelin Road5s and Bridgestone 16s in the usual size just couldn't be beaten.
Will definately use again.

I didn't find the options for fitting very helpful, not many and vague. But the supply and delivery was extremely good.
