Prompt service and delivery although the part wasn't the right one for my Topbox.Think it was my fault as though it was supposed to fit the model I chose it for I missed out the word MAXIA,which may have been the problem.
Not bothered returning it as the postage is about the same as the item cost !

Lesson learned: Buy from sellers in the USA. After waiting exactly one month from…
After waiting exactly one month from the order date I received my Hepco Becker side bags today 6/10/2020 in the USA, unfortunately there was a packing and labeling error on Hepco Becker's end and I received the right box but the wrong product in the box and now I must return the order. Another issue is apparently Moto24 uses DHL for shipping, DHL partners with the US Postal Service for stateside shipping, my shipment cleared US Customs on 5/30/2020, USPS took an additional 12 days to ship the package from NYC to Massachusetts, a 3 hour drive. I guess the lesson here is to shop from sellers in the USA.

14.04.2020 I purchase goods and now one and half month later I´m still waiting for the parcel to arrive to me, and when I send email to check the status with the shipment then very limited answers about where the parcel is or if it has been lost. Tracking number show me that the parcel is in same location for over a month now.
