En effet, notre atelier a fermé ses portes au 1er juillet.
Aucune équipe n'était donc disponible pour réaliser les prestations atelier.
Il ne s'agit en aucun cas d'un refus de vous servir.
De plus, toutes les prestations sont sur rendez-vous ; il n'est donc pas possible de bénéficier des services sans avoir au préalable pris rendez-vous.

After verification, I see that the order left our storage on June 23th, for a final delivery on July 3rd.
We understand that this delay is unacceptable, and we quickly opened an investigation with the carrier on June 29th.
A commercial solution was offered to you on July 1st; however, we didn't receive a response from you.
The package was finally delivered in the meantime.
We communicated this information to you, but we didn't receive any answer.
