One star is generous , shipping took way longer than advised so did not arrive on time for when needed, also beware very expensive custom taxes to pay before they will deliver to you. Ended up paying almost £80 in delivery for a pair of gloves and boots. Customer service support was rubbish. Basically told like it or lump it, could have refused to pay taxes but would have to folk out the taxes to return, lose lose situation. Definitely will never order again from here or recommend to anyone in the Uk, just wish i had done a little more research on this place.

The helm and visor looks amazing! Beyond my expectation. The shipping was pretty fast considering I am located in US and it was shipped overseas. Most of all the price is unbeatable! Will definitely be doing business with you guys again

Got absolutely stung with import duties and taxes, if you're from the UK these aren't a cheap or even reasonable option. Also they didn't include the free sticker pack they offered.

Long story short it’s 23 days since I ordered helmet and it’s not delivered yet. DHL takes forever to deliver it to Israel. (And there are no issues with delivery to Israel right now, my other orders from the US and China arrived within standard delivery time)

So far not great, 3 weeks after ordering my “in stock” Gaerne SG22’s I have not received them, they have not even been shipped yet. I have a ride coming up and I should have had the boots already. Not really impressed so far. Not sure if I will have to cancel and ask for a refund before a month comes up, so at least my credit card company will hopefully do something still. Update!!!! Received my boots Sept 6th so just over a month to receive. Not blown away by the turn around time but they are here and correct to order. If you are in Canada just be prepared it might take longer than you think. Upgrading rating from 1 to 3

Ordered riding gear more than a month back and it is yet to arrive in AUS. Learnt the package was returned damaged, took a further 2 weeks to ship again from their depot. The shipment again sits in Germany a further 2 weeks after shipping the 2nd time. Their site specifies you can request to cancel your order within 2 weeks of the item's arrival. Given my circumstances I requested a cancellation and refund which they would not honor. Might be a useful store if you're local - but a tip to avoid if you are international.

After numerous back n forth emails chasing the items I conclude that their customer service is incompetent and the business does not standby its own published T&Cs and their shipping of orders is the worst that I've encountered from any business in Germany.

Bought a pair of motorcycle gloves at good price.

Delivery was fast but expensive especially considering that the competition usually offers free shipping for orders of even lower amounts than the one I had.

The size I ordered turned to be too large for me so I had to send them back and by doing so I found out that returns are even pricier and the refunded amount doesn't include the initial shipping cost. For this reason I've decided to buy the right size from somewhere else.

I cannot recommend this store for someone who is unsure of the correct size for the product they're looking to buy, otherwise it's worth it for their occasional discounts and fast shipping.

This was not my first purchase thru Motoin.de and I am again thrilled by the service they provide. I made my purchase from the U.S. and received the helmet in less than 10 days. The helmet was in stock, shipped within 24 hours, purchased for a fabulous price (better price than what I can get locally, PLUS an additional 15% off!), tracking was very up-to-date and informative. What's not to like?
