A truly great retail experience, everyone was so very helpful and friendly, with an across the board in-depth product knowledge.
I had originally booked for a Shoei PFS, this worked particularly well, and so now have a very comfortable helmet in a slightly different size to what I thought my head was.
Having read and watched many of their reviews on summer riding clothing, my perceived preferences were in fact chosen having tried various options. All exactly as described, with all benefits explained during the process.

Needed a new 'lid' as my old one had 'expired'. Arrived, sorted and on my way with new lid, comms system and two cups pf tea and biscuits in under an hour. Very professional team from welcome at the front door to bye! Good selection of helmets to choose from in a variety of colour ways. Fitting service alone is worth the trek from Peterborough as I knew the helmet would fit right , not cause any 'pain' and fit the bill. They delivered my old helmet to my home too!

Motolegends retailer review:
I bought a pair of the Klim marrakesh motorcycle trousers online and assumed that, because they were men's, the sizing would be straightforward. Unfortunately, when they arrived, they were too big.

I called customer service, and they couldn't have been more helpful. They said it was no problem at all—I could either send them back or pop into the store and they would exchange them on the spot.

When I visited the store, I was planning to simply swap them for the next size down, but the sales team suggested I try them on first to make sure they actually fit. It turned out to be great advice, and their attention to detail really stood out.

The level of customer service I received was excellent from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, and the whole exchange was handled quickly and professionally. I left as a very happy customer and would happily shop with them again.

Product review:
I purchased the Klim Marrakesh trousers in Asphalt because I wanted a lighter colour for riding in hot weather rather than black.

I wore them on a long weekend trip to Wales, which happened to coincide with one of the hottest weekends the UK has experienced, with temperatures reaching around 32°C.

The trousers weren't quite as breezy as I'd expected, but I was never uncomfortable. The fabric is incredibly stretchy, so they move naturally with your legs instead of sticking to you like jeans or some other synthetic riding trousers can in the heat. They were also really easy to get on and off, even after a long, hot day of riding.

I ride a Triumph Tiger, and the engine directs hot air onto the upper part of my legs. I was pleased to find that these trousers handled that well, and I never felt bothered by the extra heat.

I also agree with other reviewers that sizing down is worth considering. As a UK women's size 16, I initially thought the men's size 34 would be right, but they were too generous. A men's 32 turned out to be a much better fit, which shows just how generous Klim's sizing is. For reference, I wear the Klim Marrakesh jacket in a women's medium.

Overall, I'm very happy with the trousers. They're comfortable, flexible, and performed well in hot summer riding conditions. I'd happily recommend them to anyone looking for a comfortable adventure or touring trouser for warmer weather.

Absolutely outstanding. A totally different experience from that recieved from other large mainstream motorcycle gear retailers. The personal service is first class throughout in both the selection and buying process. The product knowledge of the staff is second to none and all is done by considering the perfect fit and the purpose you intend using it for; what you ride, where you ride and the conditions you ride in. I finished up spending less than expected based on their guidance. Super cool consultation showroom environment with a retro style. Great coffee and biscuits along with a warm welcome on arrival. Amazing selection of products that they clearly believe in and great staff. And the Klim gear I purchased is superb.

First time visit to MotoLegends and it won't be the last.
Chris' online videos had convinced me that MotoLegends was THE place to go for quality kit and expert advice.
Charles was fantastic in helping me select a mesh jacket, new jeans, boots and I couldn't resist a pair of lovely Parkes gloves.
Meanwhile my girlfriend was being helped by Sara to select her return to biking gear.
We spent a lot but it was worth it. We've got the best quality and best looking kit for our needs. Prices are in line with other shops where you wouldn't get even close to the same level of the service.
Oh and the shop layout is fabulous. Could have spent hours more there!!!
In short - if you want the best advice, service, choice and value - go here 😀

Visited the Motolegends shop on a hot Friday afternoon, I was a bit worried as we arrived later than I thought we would at about 4:30 pm ( drove down after work from Oxfordshire) so wasn’t sure if we would have enough time or whether the staff would be impressed with us turning up so late in the day in a Friday!
Well I couldn’t have been more wrong… we were welcomed in and treated so well! I have spent months trying to find ‘the perfect’ trousers with which to embark on a round the world trip… I have tried so many pairs and wasted a lot of money in the process… trying to find decent fitting kit for my size as a woman is the impossible dream, as annoyingly, I appear to fall between sizes and everything is either just too small or just too big.
The staff at Motolegends were well… legends. Lots of excellent, pertinent questions and within 30 minutes I was fitted with a pair of comfortable, lightweight, well-fitting (with a belt) Klim Marrakesh trousers, in the perfect colour to match my jacket. I could not have been happier! Plus, I also asked for advice about my gloves and again got solid answers lots of advice … and a new pair of gloves!
Really stellar service … you have got it absolutely right in your shop… fantastic, friendly, happy staff who seem to genuinely enjoy working for you and who want to give the best shopping experience. Awesome!! I am a complete fan !!

Staff were lovely. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Just been out on my bike with my new gear. So comfortable. Marrakesh jacket, pants, wind shirt, Lindstrands dry sweater and tcx dartwood wp boots.
The Anderson belt a bit short for me. Though they do have longer I already have a belt anyway so they are kindly sending me a label to return.

Had another helmet fitting with Joe as my second helmet was too big, once again he saved me from having to buy a new one, superb service.

As always, when you have been granted entry, you are met with smiling, helpful, knowledgeable people. I ended up buying something I did not know existed! That was fun. Re entry.... because the level of customer service is high, I understand why the door is locked when the shop is busy. When the shop is empty, though, it would be nice to be able to walk in. Waiting outside for the door to be unlocked, then finding the shop empty, feels awkward.
