Knowledgeable and helpful team. Dealt with the whole claim on my behalf when someone drove into my stationary car. Removed a lot of the hassle. Advised me how to deal with the insurance company (shared by the insured person & me as 3rd party) when they pressured me to agree to putting the claim through my policy for them to reclaim back from themselves! I would really recommend using them

Terrific support from first contact. Once the team are clear about the facts and have advised how they can support you they go to work, doing so much of the 'heavy-lifting' in what would otherwise be a pressure-filled situation for the untrained to deal with. They enabled us to minimize any dealings with our own insurers (who gave every appearance of being pretty useless anyway).

Absolutely stellar company, Jan and the team took such good care of me and were always super helpful when it came to any questions I had. I have previous experience with similar companies who offer similar services and they were total criminals, but these guys were perfect in every way. I was able to get my car repaired at a body shop of my choice, they organised a hire car for me while it was being repaired, and every part of the process was super easy, and Jan was always there if I needed help anything. Cannot recommend enough.

First rate service. Would highly recommend Motor Claims Network if you are ever involved in a vehicle accident.
A third party crashed into our car.

Not that you want to deal with them BUT in the moment of an accident - CALL THEM - They have been FANTASTIC HELP.
Called from the scene of a head on crash with a teenager, driving way to fast for a small country road. 'Katie' from Motor Claims Network gave us immediate advise on exactly what to do, what to video and photograph and what details to record.
This made the whole experience much easier to swallow and Motor Claims Network kept us informed and updated all the way through Car Hire, Accident Repair and Claim settlement.

Then 8 weeks later the same thing happened again in the same spot, luckily from the advise of MOTOR CLAIMS NETWORK I had fitted a dash cam - Claim was simple and repairs underway.
