I ordered a Hot Bodies Undertail for my 1999 Yamaha R1 on April 26,2025 I paid $142.38 for the undertail. Almost a week later I get an email saying Motosport canceled my order due to not being able to fulfilled order yet Motosport has ghe exact same undertail I purchased for for 142.38 listed for $215.95 this is absolutely absurd when on April 26th when I purchased it it wasn't listed at that cost. My guess is you changed the price after I purchased it and don't want to honor the sale. VERY POOR BUSINESS I will no longer do business with your company I've order a few sets of Pirelli Diablo Rosso 3 tires in the past year & half I will no longer be buying those either through your company.

decent prices on their website and has friendly customer service… Two star review for the fact that they put my $450 order of a two stroke pipe in a huge loose box and it came to me full of dents… How hard is it to wrap an expensive package properly?

I had a frustrating experience with MotoSport. I made a purchase for over $1500 in biking gear, as well as ordering a pair of bike gloves, but received the wrong color. While their customer service team responded quickly and offered a replacement or refund, the return policy was very disappointing. Not only was I asked to cover return shipping and purchase new packaging for their mistake with many rules on how the box needs to look, but the return label they sent had my wrong address on it, which I had already clarified multiple times.

I needed the gloves urgently for an upcoming trip, and I couldn’t afford to go through the hassle of waiting for another pair to be sent. I understand mistakes happen, but the way this was handled left me feeling like it wasn’t their priority to make it right. Given the size of my purchase, I expected better customer service. I would not recommend buying from them if you need something urgently or if you expect any flexibility when issues arise.

Terrible experience. No notice of any changes to stock or availability. I waited over 2 weeks after placing the order and no emails at all from them. I had to go hunting it down via a broken English chat on their website only to find out it is not going to ship. How long before I was notified while my motorcycle is unusable. I could have canceled the order and found it elsewhere. I suspect I would have never received any notice.

My go to for dirt bike parts is Motosport. Fast shipping and parts always fit. Large selection of parts they have anything you need or want. Shout out to Britt G. she is the best. Always order from her

By far the worst experience ever. I ordered parts in November I never received them. I called them right after I got an email confirmation that the parts were delivered and they never made it to me. I have been calling for 4 months and there’s been no response at all!! How fair to a customer!!! I will never order from them again!!

Customer service was great and corrected my order without any hassle.

I always order from Motosport their prices are fair and they usually have great deals on shipping. Today I received an order that the warehouse had shipped the wrong product by mistake. Joe G resolved my issue quickly and efficiently. I appreciated the help and willingness to make the issue right. Motosport not only has the best prices but also goes above and beyond with their customer service to make things right.
