I bought a pair of Mercer jeans and…

I bought a pair of Mercer jeans and went up a little bit in size as compared to the pairs I had in the past. It came giant. I decided to return it but then saw your return policy was store credit only now, so I exchanged them for the size down which was the same size I had in the past. It came totally inconsistent from the prior pairs of the same size, way bigger than I had in the past, and much bigger than I think a 33x30 Slim should be. Due to your totally shitty return policy I ended up donating them to Goodwill. Not buying with you again.

Bad quality control

I ordered two pairs of Mercer jeans, both supposedly size 32x30. While one fits fine, the second pair is very obviously at least a full size larger despite having the exact same 32x30 tag. This is a glaring lack of quality control.
​To make matters worse, I have tried to initiate a return three separate times on the website, and the portal is broken. It simply will not let me finalize the return. I refuse to pay a return shipping fee for a manufacturing error that is absolutely not my fault. I expect Mott & Bow customer service to contact me directly to process a free return for this defective pair. Very disappointing experience.

Not to Sure About This Company

Kept not letting me delete one item from my order, kept trying to add on annoying items, kept promising a discount “after completion of order”??!! Very suspect. Hope I like this purchase.

Not overly happy with the the return policy

Not overly happy with the return policy. I have a hard time finding clothes, so when I am only able to get a store credit back, it can be frustrating. How many items will I had to send back and forth till I find something I like for the credit I have. I can’t purchase more to find something I might like because I will only receive store credit.

I like the pants - dislike your return policy

I like the pants. Needed alterations so more expensive than expected at the end of the day. There was a mistake (mine) with the order. A pair of chinos that I looked at and apparently clicked to purchase. I missed that they were still on the order and were delivered. I made a return request. Very disappointed that your return policy doesn't include refunds. It's the type of business model that will have me look elsewhere for clothing purchases.
