We called ahead of time about a…

We called ahead of time about a gemstone we had and when we got there they had said that the gemstone was indeed not a gemstone and the marks on the ring were Jeweler marks. This was completely not true the gemstone Mark was on there the jewelry. He judged Us by I guess looking at us or whatever and didn't even take the time to look at the item that we have. I felt like I was discriminated and judged by appearance and not taking seriously as a customer. I had done business in the past with the senior can no longer work there unfortunately and found his son to be rather rude and arrogant
