your response was quick to answer my emails. Your concern for my remarks. I would have given a five, but your slippery elm bark was so different the second time around from the first order. I thoroughly enjoyed the taste, gel like consistency, the mixing and dessolving into warm water, of the first order I received. Not so much on the second order. I have found that the second order gels and separates which causes the taste to be altered and the gel like consistency is less pleasant.

For the most part, I have found your products to be consistently good. Slippery Elm Bark has not been consistent. The 5th time I ordered it, it was much coarser than the 4 previous times, changing the color & flavor of my medicinal tea. The response from support was that they'd gotten complaints that it was too finely ground.
