When I order from Mountain Rose Herbs I know I'm getting high quality products. I've ordered spices, herbs, seasonings, tinctures, and supplements. I have never had a problem nor have I ever been disappointed with one of their products. Mountain Rose Herbs is an excellent resource!

I truly enjoy the flavor of this tea. The quality seems great as well. I do wish it was in a more shelf stable packaging in order to preserve and protect the tea.

For the most part, I have found your products to be consistently good. Slippery Elm Bark has not been consistent. The 5th time I ordered it, it was much coarser than the 4 previous times, changing the color & flavor of my medicinal tea. The response from support was that they'd gotten complaints that it was too finely ground.

I have ordered twice and so far i have had no issues finding what i needed, or getting information about my order and it arriving in a timely manner. I will definitely use this company as one of my go toos for my apothecary adventure.
