Discounts not given
After i received an email for a discount on in store and online merchandise, i was told in the Guildford store on 25 th of May 26, that my emailed voucher applies only to online shopping. I then ordered the items online , got my discount, but the items could not be delivered to the Guildford store in time before my holiday, so since the 29 th of May my order is still in the store or maybe back in the warehouse, but no refund as on 26 June yet!! I got many emails from customer service, that looked like they dont have a clue of what is going on with discount vouchers, and after explaining the story with every email, i got less answers! Really, bad service, bad customer service! Please educate employees about the use of vouchers! I did buy from somewhere else though, so wont need that order!

I will definitely be buying more of mountain warehouse product just because of them. Product is brilliant too. I love it better than Kathmandu n Macpac for Dunedin weather. Banff store in Canada was excellent
Was visiting Canada and needed some additional waterproofs and layers for variable weather conditions. Called into the Banff store. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful going out of their way to search for a particular garment in my size.

Amazing product and service
The sales staff was super helpful. Helped and gave suggestions very well to accommodate my requests... especially matched the prices with the online discounts so I left happy from the store only. The product is amazing too.
