Running the MP215 kit on my MK7 Fiesta ST, was fitted on my car by a ford dealer in a previous ownership. The MP215 upgrade is well worth doing and I’m really pleased it has it on. The car also came with some Mountune floor mats from another previous ownership. These are great quality so I recently ordered a boot mat and a centre console cubby hole filler. My order was processed and despatched within an hour of ordering and arrived next day packaged well. Really pleased with the service and products from Mountune, can’t fault them at all.

Over 1 month after ordering a tuning kit for my audi s3 8v they still havent been able to send my my tuning files.Tried to request a refund but got no response.No answer on the phone.Not a serios responsible company,clearly.

Pretty poor experience
I paid more for a remap through Mountune than other companies as I liked the convenience of being able to use the SMARTflash unit.
Unfortunately it did not work with my vehicle and I had to borrow a laptop to take readings from the vehicle.
I was then sent the calibration files so borrowed a laptop again, spent quite some time trying and failing to upload the files. It subsequently turned out I had been sent the wrong file type.
Attempt 3 after borrowing a laptop for a 3rd time eventually worked.
The files were finally able to be loaded to the SMARTflash and to my car over one month after the whole process started.
I suggested to Mountune that a gesture of goodwill might be appropriate and was asked what I had in mind. I suggested some form of refund and was promptly told 'no' we can offer a discount on your next purchase.
Well given my poor experience I advised I won't be making a further purchase. Mountune didn't even bother to acknowledge that email....
A customer lost when all they had to do was make a token refund - any amount would have sufficed.
Given I spent well over £600 I expected far better.
M235 upgrade and merchandise
Visited Mountune HQ today for a M235 upgrade also picked up some merchandise while I was there, was a little bit unsure how to install the upgrade so I asked the question but the Mountune staff came out to install the hardware for me , Highly recommend using Mountune staff was amazing.

Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service. They agreed to refund me for a purchase and then stopped responding to all my emails and calls to resolve the matter. Still no response from them in over 3 months. Be very careful with purchasing online here as you’re unlikely to get a refund due to the fact they just ignore you.
Top notch
I've used a few tuners in my life and Mountune so far have by far been the best. Ryan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and my upgrades were completed whilst I waited in the Mountune mancave that they call a waiting area! I will definitely be using them again, just a shame it is so far away! My Mk3 Focus RS has never felt so good.

Mk8 Fiesta ST parts
I’ve ordered multiple products from this company. M235 smartflash, high flow elbow, uprated spark plugs, induction kit, roll restrictor and mats. Super service, packaging, delivery times and the products themselves are great. I would like to point out, the roll restrictor is one of the best upgrades, I believe, to do on these cars. The Ford unit is woeful and made of soft cheese. The car puts the power down cleaner, gear changes are improved and the vibrations on the cabin are only ever so slightly evident. A great trade off. Highly recommend.

If you have a Ford and care about adding quality upgrades to your car then Mountune is the obvious choice.
Their products are of exceptional quality and I've noticed marked improvements with everything I've added to my car.
Last and certainly not least is the Customer service, they are never too busy to help and have always gone out their way to answer any questions I have. A specific thank you to Dan, a very helpful and highly knowledgeable guy.
Might have good parts, but they have terrible customer service
The people at Mountune are friendly enough, but the service is absolutely terrible. When parts are actually in stock and you order them, they take forever to arrive. When you phone them you just get told how busy they are and it's not their fault - probably not the staff's fault but then maybe they should employ more people. Every time I ring up I get told the delivery date has slipped. Even got told they are fulfilling orders from an event day which took place after I had placed my order. I asked them if they could send the orders out in order of how long the customer had been waiting, as it seems a little unfair that I'm still waiting, but people who ordered after I did will be getting their goods before me.
They didn't even try and help, I'm still waiting. No apology, it was more a case of computer says no.
I doubt I'll be ordering from them again. It appears that they are too successful for their own good and can't cope with fulfilling their customer's orders.

My first visit to Mountune was in 2019 and the customer service I received was unlike any I had experienced before. The staff were great and the work on my 2017 Mustang GT was perfect. Mountune was an approved RTR (Ready To Rock) dealer and since then I have continued to purchase my parts from them and only trust them to do the installation. The workshop team were equally great and although now recently operating as FJRS (Frederick Jonathan Road Sport) and are a Mountune Authorised Dealer, I still continue to receive the same great service that I received on my first visit. Thank you for delivering a service that is genuinely hard to find in today's world.
The only time I post reviews on TrustPilot are if the service is outstanding or shocking, so Mountune gets a 10 out of 10 from me.

When an item is in stock
When an item is in stock, postage is quick, support is efficient and quality good.
However, the majority of items are not in stock and can be problematic when you want to buy a package of parts. For example, I bought a radiator, but the hoses aren't in stock etc...

As soon as you want to return something, then it's a whole another story. I ordered a short shift kit for my Fiesta MK7 and i only tried it on my car, but they said i can't return when it's open, okay that's fair enough. Then i ordered something else, a intercooler, but i canceled the order before it was shipped out, so they refunded me BUT i just have to wait about 1 week and a half to get my money back from PayPal. 😡
So if you buy from this site, just make sure you want the item(s).
my Go-To Tuner for Fast Fords
Normally very good service from Mountune, the customer service team are usually quick to respond and very helpful. Along with orders being picked/shipped within a day or so.
Products are usually excellent quality compared to the competition but the main reason for 1star less is stock is very intermittent, can be months before they come back in and you can’t pre-order, also the workshop team do not respond to emails even if the booking value is around £1,200?!
All in all I’ve spent around £4K on a Fiesta ST MK7 to make it stage 2 (nearly 3) and more then changed to the mk3 RS which is now Mountune m400 (stage2) with a lot more extras, excellent items and really brings the car to life, plan to buy a lot more at ford fair!
