After the update I can't login and can't retrieve a password. The property reference ids have changed ..
and most importantly - the valuations just don't make any sense at all ..
On top of that - there is absolutely no way to send feedback ..

I used to like logging into this website to get my property valuations. Now I can't login using my previous account or even create a new account. The valuation I checked is now completely wrong. The site owner should at least give some message to say what is happening!

This site was one of the best..... What has happened ? its as useless as a chocolate teapot... actually its worse. Clearly the company is about to go bust as they have not fixed the basics... Such a shame...

What happened to mouseprice?? Was great before now useless. Feels like gone back 10 years backwards with it’s software. Rubbish

What have you done. This was a great site. Used it all the time. Gave all the right information needed. NOW it is impossible to use and if you can work around it the property information isn't available. Whoever changed it has done a really bad job. My guess is it is someone who doesn't use the site. What a disappointment. ANYONE found an alternative.

I’m glad it’s not just me! Same as everyone else - can”t log in any more and valuations completely up the creek. Also lots of server error messages. Looks like they’ve suffered a catastrophic IT failure, such as a corrupted DB. Shame, was a useful tool but waste of time now.

It was great it's unusable now. I cannot log in to my account and reset does not forward any email. Rubbish.

This used to be a useful site but it's stopped working. Shame.

Unable to gain access to what was a useful site. Now technically a Useless site.

Mouseprice used to be good, but now it's dead in the water, worse than useless.

It is impossible to log in. I have tried and failed. I have tried re-setting my password and no email comes through. I have set up a new account with a different email and you still can't log in. A complete waste of time!

Mouseprice used to be a very useful site. But they've changed it and it is now impossible to log on with old details or to re-register. It is therefore effectively useless.
Need to get it sorted fast!

A complete shamble. Not worth paying for. They tell you you have reached your limit the very minute you make payment bearing in mind you have carried out no search at all.

Now, it's inaccessible and they better stop operating. I am going over to RightMove plus

In the middle of a paid subscription, but suddenly unable to login. Contacted customer support. No response. Very poor.

I could not register as the promised link it's not sent to my email.

Poor information, not easy to use, misslead.

Can't register an account as activation email doesn't arrive, same with reset password.
Not able to contact them via contact form either.
I wanted to go pro, so they just lost a potential customer, by looking at previous reviews it looks like these problems have been there for quite a while.

Charged me £19.96 for a valuation report which it had failed to send.
Impossible to get in touch with, no email, no phone numbers and the on site contact failed to send my messages.
Avoid!!!

i have been charged £19.96 this morning for valuation report, but i got failed and been asked to contact : their contact us - is useless, not working anymore, no email or phone number to contact them.
Stay away from them
