Not a smart system to work with
The freaking system cannot understand that a customer wishes to update his shipping and billing addresses. I went through the cycle several times cancelling old addresses and entering new ones. And despite the confirmations of change it still displays the old addresses that are not valid anymore since I moved to a different state many years ago.

Mouser can cancel you PO items without good reasons
Can you believe that Mouser cancelled some items of your PO without specific reason. Strange thing is that they sell you A-connector but they told you they can not sell you the "cover" of that A-connector? Both are the item in the same catagory and they told you that you are the reseller(PS:we are not). complaint to customer service representative get the immediate same reply. I am assuming that they must have too many cases like this and want to close it ASAP
