Cannot be trusted to deliver the right products in time
Over the years, I've ordered a huge amount of components from Mouser. In most cases it works well, but each time something goes wrong, like Mouser delivering wrong products or the shipping process fails, Mouser just keeps messing up for weeks, making the same mistakes again, leaving the customers to wait, while all their customer service can do is saying "sorry about this" or "lets just hope the shipment arrives soon". I you are on a tight time schedule, I recommend that you choose an other supplier.

Mouser replied to this review a week ago, asking me to send details to their web experience mail adress. So I did, but Mouser hasn't replied, and still the problem with my order isn't solved. So far, I've been waiting 3 weeks for products that were allegedly in stock when order was placed. Mouser has sent me wrong items twice, at they're still asking me to wait.

Not delivered as promised
I ordered an electronic sensor and Mouser requested details at purchase. But these details are either not properly furnished to DHL, or not furnished to customs. I need a refund if Mouser cannot coordinate properly with DHL.

WTF is this "tariff" charge baloney you're tacking onto my order at the last minute? Why aren't you disclosing this while adding items to the cart? If I wanted this hidden tariff baloney, I'd keep buying from Digi-Key. The only reason I buy from you is that you didn't do this. Now you do. Nice going. REALLY poor form, people. If you want to up your prices, then do so. Don't back door the customer by tacking on a charge that's only visible at the last minute. VERY poor optics. For example, Amazon doesn't do this.
