Ashley Britton was a huge help getting my utilities set up and appointments scheduled. She was very informative and explained things very well. This is a wonderful service. Ashley could not have been nicer. I feel like I count on her if any issues should come up, which helps relief during a stressful move.

Heather Lane Review

Heather Lane was amazing to work with! She was already prepared before our call with Internet providers and security providers that service the area we are moving to along with all applicable rates, which allowed me to make a decision in seconds on who to go with. She was extremely professional and was also very personal during our conversation, which made the experience much less transactional and more relaxed and open.

I was excited to use this service, but…

I was excited to use this service. The push was for internet. I had to ask for utilities to be emailed (wasn’t in SPAM folder). When I received the email, the utilities were for City residents. I am not in city, rather a suburb of the city named in the address, and with very different utility providers. I spent time trying to learn who to contact since I had no power the day I arrived at my new place. Thankfully they don’t shut water off here unless the bill is delinquent so I was able to flush. This is probably an awesome service if living in the actual city limits.

Scam company??

Scott told me he would assist us in transferring over all of our utilities. He said while he couldn’t call on my behalf to switch water, gas, and electric, he would compile a list of companies with instructions to make things smooth.

That never arrived.

He sold us on a Vivint security install. I’m fairly certain they’re getting paid to push certain companies because he got nearly pushy towards this specific company.

We looked into it ourselves, and agreed that still appeared to be our best option. After he sent the contract, we noticed a small clause regarding a pest control company he and I never discussed or agreed upon using.

As we got closer to install, I had to hound Scott to give me updates. After several of my texts that went un responded to, he told me the internet would be self install, not professional install. But wasn’t set to deliver the equipment until the day of the scheduled security system. With us leaving town at the end of the week, this changed the entire plan: we would not be able to install a he security system before we left town for 10 days. This is exactly what I told him I wanted to avoid.

Considering we wanted time to make sure we could get the internet up and running, I asked him if he could change the internet equipment delivery day to two days before to allow us time after work to get the kinks worked out.

He confirmed via text that the date change was successful.

The day of said schedule delivery day arrives: I get an email saying it’s scheduled to show up the original day (which was the problem).

This made moving 10x more stressful. I don’t think I will have a security system installed before we leave town. And now this man has personal information of ours.

I have no idea if any of this is legitimate, and am seriously regretting working with this company.

Save yourself the stress and do it yourself!

I was told that the "Concierge" service…

I was told that the "Concierge" service would schedule (and even reschedule if necessary) appointments for utilities, etc. When I spoke with the company, the man told"No, we only give the contact info." Them after I did the calling, I read on another email from the company that they DO do the scheduling. That would have been a tremendous help. Only thing they actually offered was more insurance. I don't remember the exact date I spoke to him, but I do remember being very frustrated.
