Unreliable service. If i can give 0 stars i would. Im just so tired of this company, i have no words anymore. I use bus 164 everyday and it is late everyday. And sometimes the bus is cancelled for no reason. There is road work from 24feb to 06mar so the bus stops changed, fair enough. However the bus at kl 0904 DID NOT stop at the temporary stop, it stopped at the original stop so i missed it. I dont understand how a company can be this uncoordinated. Us commuters dont have a choice but to use this company unfortunately

Simply the worst.

High prices, constant delays, zero accountability. Using movia feels less like transportation and more like gambling on whether a bus might show up. For what passengers pay, this level of incompetence is embarrassing.

Today 24 January 27, I am traveling with 350s bus from ballarup bus station at 20:57. The drive drive the bus very rough, every time he turn everyone need to hold something tight so that as t don't fall. I was standing and hit my head on rod. He even did not ask me is it ok. Bad service ever. And driver not well trained.

Huge delays, unreliable service, lying ETAs, and most importantly: shitty drivers that don’t open the door, don’t stop for you, and are overall very unfriendly

The bus was supposed to leave at 20.09 by the application. (Ringsted - Glumsø)

Always late busses in Copenhagen with no notice or information at the bus stops.

Buses are practically never on time, and will fine you regardless of whether you're paying for the ride. Either avoid using at all costs or just enter without a ticket to save yourself money.

Unreliable and useless. Busses are late constantly, drivers do not stop if there are construction nearby and leave you alone in the road even if they had the chance to stop (hapened more than once) and be best part, they hand tickets left and right then the other commit a mistake. Paid for my ticket, the bank approved the transaction but something went on on their end and the ticket did not go through. What did this useless thieves do? Charged me 1,000dk and when appealed, they told me that I needed to have checked that it went through before and sticked to 1,000dk.

Though guys in the bus with cameras around and behind the screen. Would love to see what's the attitude like face to face

Best advice I can give you reading this, buy a scooter, electric bike, car…or just WALK!

Utterly horrible operator. Nothing is on time, none of the digital solutions work well.

Last night the bus didnot came in Rejseplan it was shown but exact time bus didnt came have to wait 1 hour in the night …late from work and 1 hour wait in the cold …..its just a scam notjing eles

Bus never comes on time. Make my life in Denmark really hard. Most of the driver are rude. I don’t know why I have to pay high price for this low quality service

Awful customer service, they don't post delays anywhere, had to wait 45 minutes the bus still not coming. No 24 ur customer service, had to take a cab, they know they made a mistake, they didn't even apologize during the chat with their agent!!! Very poor for a company like this!!!!

Horrible service.
I dont know How you could ever allow drivers to show up several minutes early, not waiting and typing it in the app after leaving. Multiple times have i been left in the cold by either late, early og drivers not showing up at all or driving away while i was running after and banging on the Doors, then having to wait 30 minutes on the next one. Also in the summer times, there is No such Thing as Air conditioning and get extremely hot and crammed up. I didnt give them a 1 because it fits right, i gave it because it was the lowest on the scale.

Denmark has the worst bus service you can imagine its impossible to believe how rich Denmark they say it is i very poor countries in Africa with better buses and more fresh inside. The buses are extremely hot are expensive, miserable, poor and the shame of Denmark one of them coz its have several more

There's a reason why less people are using Movia.

1.prices are going up and the bus service is becoming worse.

2. The buses break down all the time, they are dirty, too warm in the summer, too cold in the winter and the check in machines are constantly broken.

3. The buses are late ALL THE TIME, sometimes they never show up right now my pregnant girlfriend has to wait in the rain because the busses are constantly late.

4. How about using less money on ticket controllers and upgrade your crappy buses???

Travel to Malmö and you will be jealous of their clean,new and modern buses.

What the freak? This is the worst transport company i have ever experienced. Literally bad service, the bus was delayed like 30 minutes this morning. Let's take them down!

I live in Copenhagen and I am 48 years old so I have experienced public transport for quite a while. I remember when H.T. was the bus company and they actually arrived on time. Movia is the worst company ever. They don't arrive on time or don't show up at all. Especially the line 9A. They should be ashamed. I have to get up and stand by the bus stop 20 min earlier than according to the time schedule just to encounter their incompetence or I would be late for work everyday!!! Why can they be late when I can't??? Worst worst worst company.

I tried to catch bus 350s scheduled for 8:28. It never shows up. Never mind, I think, because 350s is scheduled to run every 10 minutes, so I'll just catch the next one. I check the electronic sign at the bus stop, which says that the next bus will come not in 10 minutes, but in 26 minutes. This a problem as I will miss my appointment, but there's nothing I can do. I go to get a coffee at the coffee shop next to the bus stop, but as I walk out 2 minutes later, I see bus 350s pulling out of the bus stop. I've written while waiting on the next bus for 20 minutes, in the freezing cold.

So yes, even in Copenhagen, Movias busses either don't show up, or show at random times. Totally unreliable and disastrous for passangers.

Bus never arrives or they are super late. Very rude drivers who dont care about helping you when asking information. Prices way too high.
