DONT BE FOOLED : this company will send you the wrong goods knowing full well they are WRONG then the fun starts !! A different address comes with the them so when you complain your told it’s your responsibility at your cost to send the goods to China for a (full refund) THATS A JOKE when you say no you’re offered a few pounds and you can keep something that is totally useless !!!! You can complain till your blue in the face.
And then your told if you complain or rase a dispute you won’t get the few pounds !! You are offered.
THIS IS A WELL THOUGHT OUT CON ( if you can call it that ) out and out right CROOKS
DONT DEAL WITH THIS OUTFIT AT ALL !!!!!!

I scanned the website before buying anything. Nothing stated that it was based in China, quite the opposite, they claimed to have distribution centres in the US, UK, Singapore. Only when I clicked on "pay now" did the name come up, a Chinese technology company.
The items sent out were of such substandard quality, bore no resemblance to the description on the website and when I got in touch with the firm, they have only ever offered such a pitiful partial refund. Their sole aim is to swindle customers - their return policy is complete fiction, they claim they will pay the return postage if the items aren't as described on the website, they won't.

Bought some shoes. The shoes that arrived were not as described. They told me they'd give me a £5 refund because it would cost too much to return them. I paid £35, part of which was nearly £9 postage so didn't see how £5 was fair. I told them they were responsible for returns postage and they said I'd have to pay it as it has to go back to China and would cost too much. I opened up a dispute & they then told me that they'd give me a full refund if I closed the dispute. I closed the dispute and have still not received a refund or heard back from them. Also the card that comes with the parcel contains a completely different company name on it which is connected to scams.
