Gold bars selling went well
Selling can be nerve-wracking. It was my first time and I was thinking of everything that can go wrong and lose years of savings.
Luckily it went well:
- good customer service on the phone; clarified which gold bars are accepted prior to the selling; clarified the entire process and the timelines and were patient with a non-native German speaker.
- clear e-mail updates; Good packing instructions; confirmation e-mail on the receipt of goods
- money transfer the next day

Customer service is worse than…
Customer service is worse than restaurants at tourist hotspots. They promised to call me back for a issue with payments but they never did. After few days called again and the guy says he will take care of it but also no call back. I feel this company thinks they must not answer customers emails when there is an issue! These types of companies won’t successful on the market, survival only the fittest in satisfying the customer which they completely do not.
