A seamless transaction
A seamless transaction.
I was sent a list of Questions and I took photo’s to cover all the pipework and meters.
A few days later two very professional boiler installers arrived and had completed the work in a few hours.
They gave instruction on the boiler and I was given a New thermostat
The area was left clean and tidy with all rubbish removed.
I am delighted with the choice of Top of the Range boiler and a 10 year guarantee is great moving forward.
it is more energy efficient than the older boiler I had, so saving on the cost of heating as well.

Had our second service by M&R Plumbing after they installed our new boiler 2 years ago. Got a handy reminder by text and email that it was due. Engineer was punctual and completed the job quickly and without any fuss. Would definitely recommend (again and again)!

Excellent Service was had…
The service man and the apprentice were friendly and explained everything that they were doing. A minor part needs to be replaced, they took a photo of it and showed us the issue.
This is the third time that we have used the MR company, it will not be the last.
