Friendly and Professional
Allocated Mr Heat by Worcester Bosch as their approved installer of our new boiler. From the first contact to final warranty signing off they were friendly and professional. A clean and tidy installation by James followed by a visit from Martin to make sure everything was OK. It was.

From the beginning Martin was very professional and helpful. Always willing to come over again if I needed even after having finished the job, just to reasure me any doubts I might have (as I dont know nothing about this things). The team he sent, the installers were also so helpful and very professional, coming early in the day and working efficiently to finish the job well and on time. They were willing to accomodate to my availability and very nice young team, kind and concious workers
